PET RULES:  Maximum of two pets per site. No aggressive pets of any breed are permitted in this campground. Pets must be kept on a leash (six feet maximum) held by and under supervision of an adult. Pets must be up to date on all shots. Pets are to be walked in the pet walk only (see site map). Pet excrement is to be cleaned up immediately. Pets are not to be tied to trees, utilities, (water, electric, etc) or left outside unattended. Owner's portable/collapsible outdoor pens must be approved by management. Nuisance behavior and/or barking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the store, cabins, cabin area, playground, bathrooms, pool area, or other campsites. If pet rules are disobeyed, camper will be required to leave the campground immediately without refund.

PET OWNER'S LIABILITIES:  The management of Perryville Campground has informed me that they cannot and will not accept liability should my pet(s) bite or injure another party or damage property. Therefore, I understand and agree to personally accept full responsibility and liability should my pet(s) bite/injure someone or another party's pet(s) or damage property, and to hold Perryville Campground harmless of any liability. I also understand the pet rules and pet owner's liabilities applies to all of my camping guests'/visitors' pet(s) while in the campground.

I am twenty-one-years-old or older. I have insurance currently in force to cover this liability, and I agree to either make claim under my insurance policy or to personally be responsible for timely payment of damages to the injured party if such an incident would indeed occur. My pet(s) are currently up to date on shots (rabies, etc).

** Management reserves the right to approve more than two pets if the pets are less than 30lbs each.
